Preparatory construction works are currently underway at the new business-class residential complex Biography, located at 14-A Mokra Street (formerly Kudryashova Street) in the Solomianskyi district of Kyiv.
At present, construction teams are carrying out the installation of a sheet pile retaining structure for the excavation pit. At the same time, preparations have begun for the installation of modern engineering networks that will ensure uninterrupted operation and maintenance of the future complex.
Biography Residential Complex is a new development project by Forum Capital, featuring a residential building, a separate four-storey public-use building, a two-storey stylobate section for commercial premises, and a multi-level parking facility.
The upper floors of the residential building are designed to include spacious duplex apartments. The public cluster will feature a modern lobby and office premises, while rooftop recreation areas and sports facilities will be arranged on top of the building. Thanks to the unique terrain of the site, the multi-level parking facility for 177 vehicles will have independent entrances and exits for each level. The underground section will also house pumping stations, an individual heating substation, and other technical facilities.
The internal territory of Biography Residential Complex will be completely car-free, with all entrances accessible exclusively from safe pedestrian zones. Special attention has been paid to safety: the underground floor will include a dual-purpose shelter with radiation protection capabilities, designed to accommodate 703 people and provide autonomous shelter for up to 48 hours.
The residential complex is located within walking distance of Vokzalna metro station and Kyiv’s central railway stations.
