Construction of the Biography business-class residential complex by Forum Capital is progressing according to schedule. One of the key preparatory stages has now been completed, and work is steadily advancing to the next phase.
In July, construction crews successfully completed the installation of the sheet pile retaining wall for the excavation pit. This essential stage ensures the stability and protection of the construction site while creating the necessary conditions for the next phase of foundation works.
At the same time, pile installation for the residential section of the complex is progressing steadily, with approximately 70% of the planned work now completed. Pile installation has also begun for the parking garage and the club section with apartments, both of which are integral components of the future development. In parallel, preparatory work is underway for the installation of external utility networks, which will support all major engineering systems of the building.
