In the club residential complex "Luxberry" Lake & Forest, which is being built in the village of Kozin in the Kiev suburb of Koncha-ZaSpa, construction work is actively continuing. In particular, in the residential complex in the first and second houses, 65% of the roof was arranged.
Earlier, both houses, as well as the public cluster of the complex, fully completed the construction of monolithic frames and the installation of staircases and platforms. Now the construction of internal walls and partitions is underway – in the first and second houses they are 75% ready.
In the first and second houses, the installation of stained glass windows is also 30% complete, and facade windows are installed on 80% and 85%, respectively.
Construction of external walls has begun in the public cluster, and gas and sewer communications have been fully completed in the residential complex itself.
Luxberry Lakes & Forest club residential complex is a Forum Capital project that includes two four-storey buildings and a large public cluster in a separate building. It will house a children's club, a SPA center with a sauna, a restaurant, a beauty salon, and a coworking space. Sports grounds and a summer cinema are designed on the roof of the cluster. Also on the territory of the residential complex there are premises for pharmacies and cafes, other services, a ring route is designed for cycling or leisurely walks.
The interior of the residential complex will be completely free of cars and will be under round-the-clock security. And for car owners, there is a large underground parking lot and individual garages of city houses with electric car chargers. A car wash will also be located on the territory of the residential complex.
Luxberry Lakes & Forest will have autonomous heating thanks to a gas roof boiler room. Water will be supplied to the apartments from two artesian wells, and its own backup power supply system is provided. The first two floors of the residential complex form citihaus – with a separate entrance, a private terrace and a garage with a workshop.
