Construction of the Biography business-class residential complex near Solomianskyi Park continues to actively progress.
Since the beginning of the project, more than 5,200 m³ of concrete has already been poured into the piles - this figure reflects the scale of the completed works and the systematic approach to the construction of the structural part of the complex.
As of the end of August, the builders have completed the piling works for the residential section of the complex. This has made it possible to move on to the next stages of foundation works while simultaneously continuing the development of other areas of the project.
More than 50% of the piling works for the parking facility and the club section with apartments have also been completed, which are important functional components of the future complex.
Separately, the installation of grillages for the sheet pile enclosure has begun, ensuring the stability and reliability of the excavation during the next stages of construction. At the same time, preparatory works are underway for the installation of external engineering networks, which is a necessary condition for the further development of the facility’s infrastructure.
