The preparatory construction stage continues at Biography, the new business-class residential complex being built in the Solomianskyi district of Kyiv at 14-A Mokra St (formerly Kudriashova).
Builders are currently installing the sheet pile enclosure of the excavation pit. In parallel, preparation has begun for laying the modern utility networks that will provide uninterrupted services to the future complex.
Biography is a new residential project by Forum Capital, comprising a residential building and a separate 4-storey public building, a two-level podium for commercial premises and a multi-level car park.
Spacious two-level apartments are designed on the building's top floors. The public cluster will house a modern lobby and office premises, and its roof will hold recreation areas and sports grounds. Thanks to the unique terrain of the plot, the multi-level car park for 177 vehicles will have independent entrances and exits for each level. The underground part will also house pump rooms, a heating substation and other technical premises.
The inner space of Biography will be entirely car-free — all entrances lead exclusively from safe pedestrian areas. Particular attention is paid to safety: the underground floor houses a built-in dual-purpose structure with the protective properties of an anti-radiation shelter, designed for 703 people and autonomous operation for 48 hours.
The complex is within walking distance of the Vokzalna metro station and the railway stations.
